These terms govern your use of PredictXI at https://predictxi.site. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What PredictXI is

PredictXI is an educational and analytical tool. It provides statistical football forecasts — win/draw/loss probabilities, expected goals, likely scorelines and value signals — generated by a computer model from public historical data. All outputs are estimates for information and educational entertainment only.

2. No guarantees; not advice

Football results are uncertain. Our predictions are frequently wrong and carry no guarantee of accuracy or profit, and past performance does not guarantee future results. PredictXI does not provide betting, financial, investment or professional advice, and nothing on the site should be treated as such. Any decision you make based on our content is entirely your own responsibility.

3. Not a bookmaker; does not facilitate gambling

PredictXI is not a bookmaker or gambling operator and is not affiliated with any. It does not facilitate gambling: you cannot place bets, stake or wager money on PredictXI, and we neither accept nor process wagers or payouts. Subscriptions pay only for access to our analysis and predictions. Any gambling you choose to do elsewhere is between you and that operator, and is subject to the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age in your jurisdiction, to use PredictXI. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Don't share, sell or transfer your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@predictxi.site if you suspect unauthorised use.

6. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

PredictXI offers a Free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro is billed through Paystack at the price shown at checkout, for the period stated (for example, monthly). Access is granted for the period you pay for. Because Pro gives immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion — if something went wrong, contact us and we'll try to make it right. You can stop using Pro at any time; your access remains until the end of the paid period.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: scraping or bulk-harvesting our data, attempting to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, reselling our content without permission, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The PredictXI name, site and the presentation of our forecasts belong to us. Underlying match data is provided by third parties such as football-data.co.uk. You may use our content for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredictXI and its operator will not be liable for any losses — including money lost through gambling or any decision made using our content — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Third-party data and links

We rely on third-party data sources and payment providers and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third parties.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above shows the latest revision.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law rules.
